Shipping Policy

​

  • Please allow 1-2 business days for payment to process and clear. 

  • Please allow an additional 3-4 business days to receive your package after payment has cleared. 

  • For clarification, this is a total of 4-6 total business days before you receive your package.

  • You will receive a tracking number after your payment has cleared between the 1-3 business days of your order.

  • Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Time to be processed on the same day. All orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

  • Due to problems with missing shipments and fraudulent attempts, we require a signature for orders to verify that orders were received by the appropriate buyer. This means someone has to sign for the package upon arrival. USPS will make several attempts to deliver the package and will leave a number to call if you want to schedule a delivery or pick up time at your nearest post office.

  • We require that name & billing address on card and address inserted for shipping must match. 

  • We are not responsible and will not give a refund for shipment delays based on weather, holidays, natural disaster or carrier delays.

  • Holidays are not counted as business day so it cannot be considered when calculating shipping time.

  • Please double check and verify that the address provided during purchase is accurate and includes ALL information pertaining to address description such as street address, apt#, gate pin #, etc.

  • We assume no responsibility for lost items, unauthorized returns, or items sent to the incorrect address.

  • We trust USPS to ship your order in a timely fashion.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Due to the nature of our product, all sales are FINAL and we do not offer REFUNDS/ EXCHANGE after your order has been placed.

  • No refunded will be issued for refused or abandoned (unsigned) packages.

Return Exception

​

  • Very rarely does this happen because we take pride in getting our orders to our customers in a timely manner and based on what product they have selected; however, we do understand that mistakes happen. In this case, returns are only allowed if you are sent the INCORRECT ORDER. Purchaser must first send an email to hauseofhb@gmail.com with picture proof that order sent to them was not the correct order. Once we review the email and agree to AUTHORIZE the return, customer can choose to order something else and send us our item back at our expense. Order must be disputed via EMAIL and sent back to us within 7 days of you receiving order via USPS tracking number.

  • For these returns, the hair must remain in the bundle and be untied at the top of the bundle. The hair must be in its original packaging and tagged. Returned packages must include a copy of the original invoice as proof of purchase. If you do not follow these rules NO REFUND will be issued.

  • UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS will not be refunded or sent back.

  • This is a business owned by a young single black woman who works very hard for her money; therefore, no fraudulent activities will be tolerated.

  • If any fraudulent activities are attempted, the order will be thoroughly investigated and reported to the local police department and legal actions will be taken.
