Job Types: Part-time, Full-time, Day Shift, Night Shift

Pay: Based on amount of work completed + Tips (Roughly $500.00 - $1,500.00 per week)

Ability to Commute: Dallas, TX 75244 (Required), 100% in person

Training: Virtual & In-person trainings

License/Certification: Cosmetology/Barbering License (Preferred, not required)

• Independently perform very neat (almost perfect) hair braiding services, including cornrows, box braids, Knotless braids, Boho braids, feed-in braids, stitch braids, Bora Bora Knotless Braids, Senegalese twists, flat twists, crochet braids, and other intricate weave styles.
  
• Consult with clients to understand their desired look and provide recommendations based on their hair type and preferences.
  
• Use professional products to achieve the desired results.
  
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services in a timely manner.
  
• Maintain an organized and sanitized work environment at the start and throughout each service.
  
• Collaborate with the owner/teammates if needed to ensure the best client experience.
  
• Offer each client refreshments before service and throughout.
  
• Ability to check-in each client upon arrival, check out each client at the end of service.
  

• Must be timely and reliable (always show up 15 minutes early)
  
• Fast and neat braider
  
• Proficient in various hair braiding techniques and styles
  
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
  
• Knowledge of hair styling techniques and trends

• Independent mobility is required as braiders will be expected to walk, stand, and sit for long periods of time, as is the nature of the job.
