Order Processing & Modifications: Orders processed within 1–3 business days (up to 7 during sales) no changes or cancellations allowed after submission.

Appointment Responsibility: Hause of HB is not responsible for appointment cancellations or fees customers should inspect products before scheduling appointments.

Returns & Store Credit: All sales are final. Return requests within 7 days if items are unused, unaltered, and in original packaging. Store credit issued after return, subject to a $35 restocking fee. Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash.

Discounts & Promotions: Discount codes and promotions cannot be applied retroactively or to future purchases. Sale and clearance items are final sale.

Payment Terms: Full payment required at checkout. accepted payment methods include major credit cards, Shop Pay, Afterpay, and Shop Pay Installments. Prepaid cards are not accepted, and high fraud risk orders may be canceled.

Shipping & Delivery: U.S. orders ship via FedEx with signature confirmation international orders typically arrive within 10 business days. Customers are responsible for customs duties. Shipping fees do not cover customs or import charges.

Product Quality & Care: Products are quality guaranteed if proper care instructions are followed. Defective items can be returned for resolution; non-defective returns are at the customer’s expense.

Lace Products: Full lace wigs, closures, and frontals are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-replaceable due to their delicate nature.

Intellectual Property & Trademarks: All content on the website is protected by copyright and trademarks owned by Hause of HB Hair & Beauty.

Limitation of Liability & Governing Law: Hause of HB is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Terms are governed by Texas law, and any legal action must be brought in Dallas County, Texas.
